Powerblock Rexan

The Powerblock Rexan pro dumbbells can be adjusted from 4-45lbs and increases in 5 or 10lbs increments. The basic rexan powerblock dumbbells replace 16 pairs of dumbbells or 750lbs of fixed weight dumbbells with just one unit. Additionally, unlike the sportblock or personal set, the rexan can be expanded with the add-on kit, taking the maximum weight to 85lb or 125lbs per dumbbell.

The powerblocks have interconnected plates that stack on top of each other, and by moving a selector pin you can choose the weight you want to workout with. This is extremely convenient for home workouts.

The rexan handles, just like any other power block dumbbells, are unconventional in design. Unlike traditional dumbbells where your wrists are free to move, all powerblocks have a bar at each of the four corners by the handle. This works well for added wrist support, but it does take some time to get used to.
