Powerblock Dumbells: The Adjustable Barbell
The Powerblock dumbells are perhaps the most popular quick change, adjustable dumbbell sets available. Powerblock dumbbells can replace literally dozens of fixed weight dumbbells, but what about barbells? Well, Powerblock also has a solution for that as well with their adjustable barbell sets!
Powerblock SportBlock Bar, Personal Set Bar and Pro Set Bar
Currently there are 3 barbells available from powerblocks. The way it works is that it uses the powerblock adjustable dumbbells as the weight, and you would simply attach it to the end of the bars. The three different barbells from Powerblock accommodate three models of Powerblock adjustable dumbbells. You can use the lighter Powerblock Sport with the SportBlock bar, the PowerBlock Personal set with Personal bar, and the Pro Rexan set with the Pro bar. Each bar has a different weight and length, with the SportsBlock bar being the smallest and the Pro set bar being the largest.
With the powerblock adjustable dumbbells combined with their barbell bar, you have a full set of free weights replacing dozens of dumbbells and barbells with only 3 pieces of equipment!
