The nautilus 552 selectech adjustable dumbbells are dial dumbbells designed by bowflex. The selectech quick change dumbbell set are easy and simple to use (just like any other quick change dumbbells), but how do they compared to the Powerblock adjustable dumbbells?

• It’s easy to change the weight on the dumbbells. Simply turn the knob to the desired weight and you’re set to exercise.
• You have the ability to select a different weight on each side of the dumbbell (know as the offset weight selection). This allows you to add further variety to your dumbbell workouts.
• They feel like regular dumbbells
• These are probably the best looking adjustable dumbbell set to date. The Bowflex Dumbbell stand also gets high marks for appearance!

• There’s a maximum weight of 52.5lbs per dumbbell.

• You don’t require a separate dumbbell stand.
• There’s a variety of models, with the weight going up to 130lbs. With all the different types of Powerblock dumbbells, you have a greater selection of what exercise equipment to choose from that will suit your needs.
• The Powerblock adjustable dumbbells are designed in a way so they support your wrists.
• For some models, you have the option of purchasing upgrades to add on additional weight to the dumbbell.

Con’s

• They don’t feel like the traditional fixed weight dumbbells when you use them.
• They might look ugly to some people.
