Giant Sets: Many Basic Dumbbell Exercises Combined To Give You Maximum Muscle Growth

One of the most physically and mentally demanding training technique is known as giant sets. Basically what a giant set is, is performing multiple exercises for a particular muscle group, right after the other.

So for example, let’s say you’re doing a dumbbell workout for your chest. You can combine a variety of basic dumbbell exercises like the incline dumbbell press, flat dumbbell press, and declined dumbbell press. When you perform the giant set, you would do each exercise right after one anohter (if you don’t have access to multiple benches set up with various inclinations, an adjustable dumbbell weight bench is suitable).

Doing several dumbbell exercises back to back without rest in between exercise will give you a huge pump during your workout, and is a quick (and painful) way to stimulate muscle growth in that lagging body part. With giant sets, it is essential not to rest in between dumbbell exercises.
