Dumbbell Bicep Arm Curls

• Stand with your feet shoulder width apart or wider, and have your knees slightly bent
• Hold onto the dumbell with your palms facing up
• Contract the bicep by moving the dumbbell out and up
• As the dumbbells reach the top position, squeeze your biceps for a second, and lower slowly

Dumbbell Hammer Curl

• Stand with your feet shoulder width apart or wider, and have your knees slightly bent
• Hold onto the dumbell with your palms together
• Contract the bicep by moving the dumbbell out and up
• As the dumbbells reach the top position, squeeze your biceps for a second, and lower slowly
