Dumbbell Exercise Illustrations Tips: How to Use Them
Dumbbell exercise illustrations can be a helpful guide showing you how to perform a new exercise. You can find these illustrations online, or in a strength training manual, but essentially their goals are all the same: to show you how to perform the dumbbell exercises correctly.
Pay extra attention to the diagrams that show the beginning, middle and end of the exercise. These are the key points in the illustrations that allow you to perform the dumbbell exercises properly.
Also, when attempting to execute a new exercise that you’ve never tried before, always start off with a light dumbbell. That way, if you make any mistakes during the exercising, your chances of injury are lower.
Printable Dumbbell Workout Chart: An Helpful Visual Aid
You can sometimes find online illustrations of dumbbell workouts that you can print off. These are good if the workout chart shows the exercise in detail, and doesn’t have any distracting background images such as other exercise equipment, other people etc.
Find charts simple pictures (preferably drawings), non photographic, as the illustrations will be simpler to read, and you’ll waste a lot less ink.
Do These Illustrations of Dumbbell Workouts Replace A Person?
Well that really depends. It depends on how good you are in reading and transferring the instructions for the exercise diagrams to actual use. If you find that you have a hard time doing this, than you could ask someone else to show you. Just make sure that the person who is showing you is someone who actually knows how to exercise!
