Circuit Training Dumbbell Workouts for Men and Women
Time is just about the only limited resource we have, and sometimes during our busy lives we might find that we have little time to devote towards personal health. I’m not going to go into why you need to workout (you probably know the consequences of not working out already), however, I’m going to offer you a solution that won’t take much time out of your day, and all you need is a pair of dumbbells, and a weight bench. Circuit training dumbbell workouts for men and women can be an effective means of getting a cardio workout and strength training workout all at once while saving you time.
Circuit Training Dumbbell Workouts
To perform this workout what you need to do is choose 6 exercises (one for every major muscle group). For example, the workout can consist of:
* Dumbbell Lunges
* Dumbbell Rows
* Dumbbell Bench Press
* Dumbbell Shoulder Press
* Dumbbell Curls
* Overhead Dumbbell Triceps Extensions
With a clock, perform one exercise for 30 seconds, and then time your rest for 30 seconds. Move onto the next exercise after the rest period unit you’ve reached the last exercise. So, the workout is 30 seconds on, and 30 seconds off. Once you reached the last exercise, rest for 1 minute before going through the circuit again. After you’ve completed three runs at this, you would have gotten a total body workout in about 20 minutes!
Whether you’re a man or woman, if you’re low on time but need to exercise, a dumbbell circuit training workout is just what you need.
