Cardiovascular Exercise and Upper Body Training with Aerobic Dumbbells
Most aerobic exercise activities such as running outdoors, running on a treadmill, or working out in an aerobics class in your health club involves mostly lower body work. Your legs are the main muscles that move you during these activities, and your arms receive little exercise. Add a pair of aerobic dumbbells to these activities, and your arms and shoulders will also benefit from the cardiovascular training.
Aerobic fitness dumbbells are small, often colorful, and are usually plastic dumbbells, or encased in vinyl or neoprene.
