Build Your Butt with Only Dumbell Sets
Dumbell sets are all you need to build your butt. You can always use those thousand dollar butt building exercise machines that’s found in health clubs, but a using a dumbell set and two free weight exercises can do a better job in sculpting your buttocks.
Plie Squats Using Dumbells
This is a specialty squat where you only use one dumbell. Stand with your feet wider than shoulder width apart with your toes pointed out at a 45 degree angle. Hold the dumbell on the end and place it in front between your legs.
Go into a deep stretch during the squat, and squeeze your butt at the top of the exercise.
Dumbell Lunges
Hold a pair of dumbbell sets to the side of your body, and take a step forward with one leg while the other foot is stationary. While keeping your back straight, step until the angle of both of your knees are 90 degrees, and push yourself back. Repeat the movement for the opposite leg.
