Bowflex Dumbell Weight Benches Compared
There are two types of Bowflex dumbell weight benches; the 3.1 and the 5.1 bench. Both Bowflex Dumbbell benches are adjustable benches that can change to multiple positions. • Dimensions: 56″ L x 26″ W x 20″ H
